These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by LVS Custom Paints, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
LVS Custom Paints provides residential and commercial painting services in South Jersey, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck staining, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, siding painting, gutter painting, garage door painting, shed painting, and epoxy floor coating. LVS Custom Paints, LLC is a registered New Jersey home improvement contractor, NJ HIC #13VH11953800. All work is subject to a written estimate or contract.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
LVS Custom Paints operates an SMS messaging program. Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS communications. By providing your phone number and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding SMS messages from LVS Custom Paints. Non-marketing messages include estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, and project updates. Marketing messages include promotional offers and seasonal specials. Each category is opted into separately.

4. Estimates & Payments
Estimates are based on an on-site review and may change based on actual site conditions, hidden damage found during preparation, color and product selections, and scope changes you request. Payment terms and deposits will be outlined in your estimate or contract.
5. Preparation, Weather & Finish
Exterior work depends on weather, temperature, and humidity, and we may reschedule to protect the finish. Paint colors can look different on your walls than on samples, chips, or screens, so we recommend testing a color in place before the full job. Surfaces with existing damage, moisture problems, or failing coatings will be discussed with you before we paint over them.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVS Custom Paints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the applicable services, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
