How We Run a Commercial Job

Every commercial painting project starts with a walkthrough and a written scope: which surfaces, which products, how many coats, and the schedule. If the building is occupied, we plan the work in sections so tenants, customers and staff keep their access. Early starts, evenings and weekends are on the table when the business needs them.

Prep is where commercial jobs are won or lost. Chalky stucco gets cleaned and bonded, rusted metal gets scraped and primed, and failing caulk gets cut out and replaced before any finish coat goes on. We keep drive aisles, entrances and parking open, clean up every day, and walk the finished work with you before we close the job.

Doors and Trim for Builders

On new developments, we also install interior doors and trim for builders, then paint them, so the finish carpentry and the finish coat come from one crew working off one schedule. Yes. That is the normal case for commercial painting. We split the building into sections, schedule each one with you, and keep entrances, parking and drive aisles clear. If a space has to be done outside business hours, we plan early starts, evenings or weekends around it.

Do you paint metal roll-up doors, bollards and railings?

Yes. Steel doors and railings get scraped, rust-treated and primed, then finished with a direct-to-metal coating that stands up to sun, salt air and daily use. Faded or mismatched doors on a storage facility or warehouse are a common reason property owners call us.

Do you work with builders and property managers on multi-unit projects?

We do. Townhouse developments, apartment buildings and condo associations are a regular part of our commercial work. We keep colors, sheens and application consistent across every unit, and we give you one schedule and one point of contact for the whole project.
