Popular Towns We Serve in Burlington County
Burlington County is the largest county in New Jersey by land area. It runs from the Delaware River out to the Pine Barrens and holds 40 towns. We paint homes across the county, including Marlton and the Evesham Township neighborhoods around it.
Evesham is the most populous town in the county, with 46,826 people in the 2020 census. Its growth came fast. The township had 4,548 residents in 1960 and 13,477 by 1970, and building took off again in the 1970s. Today the north side is mostly subdivisions and shopping centers. The south end sits inside the Pinelands, where neighborhoods like Marlton Lakes are surrounded by trees and water. We bring interior and exterior painting to homes in both parts of the township.
Painting Needs Across Burlington County
Houses from the 1970s building wave
A large share of Evesham went up in the 1960s and 1970s, so many homes are now around 50 years old. By this age, wood trim and window sills often show soft spots, and old paint layers start to lift. We probe trim for rot, point out boards that need a carpenter, and prime and paint everything that is still sound.
Shade and moisture near the Pinelands
Homes in the wooded south end of the township get a lot of shade and stay damp longer after rain. Siding that faces the woods can grow mildew, and gutters fill with needles and leaves. We clean and treat mildew before painting, use exterior paint made for damp conditions, and can repaint faded gutters to match the trim.
Neighborhood associations
Many Evesham neighborhoods are planned communities with their own boards. Marlton Lakes, for example, is a civic association of 374 homes run by a Board of Trustees. Rules on exterior colors differ from one group to the next. Check with yours before work starts, and we will paint to whatever colors and finishes they approve.

Burlington County Painting Questions
Do you serve all of Burlington County?
Yes. We paint homes across Burlington County, including Marlton and the Evesham Township neighborhoods around it. Tell us where your home is when you reach out, and we will set up a free on-site estimate at a time that works for you.
Do you paint homes in the wooded south end of Evesham?
Yes. Neighborhoods in the southern, Pinelands part of the township count as part of our Evesham work. Wooded lots bring extra shade and moisture, so we look closely for mildew, soft wood and peeling on the shaded sides of the house during the estimate.
How do I know if my deck needs new stain?
Sprinkle some water on the boards. If it beads up, the stain is still working. If it soaks in and the wood darkens, the deck is ready. Gray, splintering boards are another sign. Decks under trees can also hold dirt and mildew, so we clean them well before any new stain goes on.
Can you paint the inside of a 1970s house that has never been updated?
We can. Older interiors often need more prep than paint. We repair cracks and dents in drywall, remove old wallpaper, and prime stained or glossy surfaces so the new coats stick. Dated cabinets can be painted too. We walk the house with you and list every step in a free written estimate.
